Night of the Boogeymen - 5 One of the worst scenario's in the entire Unlock series. I would rank this the second worst right above the Nautilus Trap from the Mystery Adventures set. This scenario tries to put restrictions on you, which I just simply ignored. Also, some of the puzzles seemed way too easy and the story was underwhelming. Scheherazade's Last Tale - 7.5 I read a lot of reviews complaining about this scenario before playing it and there were 2 puzzles people complained about that I did read how to solve them before starting this scenario. While I agree that at least one of the puzzles was impossible to solve without outside knowledge and there are no hints on how to solve it despite it requiring you to do something that was never presented in previous Unlock scenarios, I still think the rest of the adventure was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the theme and felt there was some cool uses of the app. This isn't one of the most memorable scenarios, but I feel it's at least middle of the pack. Expedition: Challenger- 8 This is definitely the most different Unlock scenario, I've come across. I enjoyed this for the most part, but still felt a bit unsatisfied with it as well. This adventure has a dinosaur theme, but I didn't really feel the presence of the dinosaurs as much as I would have liked. There is a survival guide you are given that has several pages, but I felt they didn't really maximize the usage of it as much as I hoped either. Also, by the time I finished the whole scenario, I realized there were some puzzles I never ended up solving. I went back to finish them and realized while they aren't necessary to solve, they just help with getting a better result at the end. This reminded me a lot like Tombstone Express from the Secret Adventures set, where I finished the game and solved the final puzzle, but realized there were several puzzles I never discovered. When I went back to solve them, I realized the designers were just giving you the option to solve them, which can effect the ending, but are not actually necessary. I really don't enjoy this and prefer having to solve every puzzle from beginning to end. Overall, I still enjoyed the experience and can appreciate the designers willingness to try something different. Overall - 7 One of the lowest ranking box sets for me, but still had an enjoyable time, fortunately the series continues to improve with each new set from here on in.

Includes 3 scenarios: The Night of the Boogeymen Difficulty level: :star::nostar::nostar: Rating: [bgcolor=#00CC00]¬10¬[/bgcolor] Some really fun rule additions in this one. The various boogeymen each add gameplay restrictions until they are dealt with. Fun story overall. Scheherazade's Last Tale Difficulty level: :star::star::nostar: Rating: [bgcolor=#9999FF]¬6¬[/bgcolor] This one started out well, but fell apart after a while. We weren't really sure who we were meant to be in this story throughout - maybe we were a servant to the princess? Or were we the love interest? There were a couple of machines in this one that we felt were really unintuitive and we ended up needing to use hints or look up the solution (only to be disappointed by the solutions once we knew how to solve them). Lackluster ending. This one was more centred around the app, but that wasn't an issue for us (we only played with 2 players).

-sold- I'm not quite sure how I like this. Currently this is the worst of the escape room style games for me...but this might change after a deeper scenario. Didn't get better. I dislike this constant card flipping and the system of simply combining the card values. The app gives a lot of possibilities for different riddles ("machines") but this doesn't save it.
