Its a great game for kids. its very luck depending on how drawing things from a bag, but thats a mechanic kids like. also drawing rewards from a bag. the only thing i dont like are the very small pictures of the enemies on the tokens.

Disappointingly simple. Based on the name and description I expected a coop game of the same caliber as Talisman. But if feels more like a stright forward children's game.

Bought it only because it is labeled TALISMAN. Very light adventure game aiming at families with kids. If you're not belonging to this group, go on, there's not much of a game in there. If you do, go and buy a different game from another company. Not Pegasus. A crappy rulebook full of holes (you need BGG to play it correctly - check out the Rules Forum: a family game that is in need of so many clarifications ... I know wargames with less rule questions.) Bad job. Also, a very childish language (in the German game at least). Brothers Grim style. Ugh. Awful choice on graphic design: find the symbols hidden in way too colorful images and some art doesn't even match the text (e.g the witch). Why didn't they use the TALISMAN 4th edition artwork anyway? They used some of it and complemented it with something completely different. Amateurs! And why didn't they put the symbols at the borders of the tiles? I don't want to play Find Waldo! A family with kids - the target group - should use the real Talisman... if you reduce the playing time to keep it within kids' attention span, it's the so much better game. This one is a game of so many missed chances. It could have been a good family game. The basic design is good, but Pegasus botched it. Yuck.
