Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.

Both of them are easy to add to the base game, but I'd say about half of the cards are either too confusing or too "mean". If there's one thing that this family weight game needs less of, it's "take that" mechanics.

Picking this expansion up is pretty much mandatory if you like Machi Koro. While I don't always use the Millionaire's Row, we always use the Harbor. The Harbor fixes some issues with the base game and just makes the game better.

I have played endless amounts of Harbor which makes it a staple addition to the base game. I haven't played much Millionaire's Row but from what I have it seems to just drag out the game longer when it can last long sometimes already. That's the only reason I am not giving it a 10
