    Really nice expansion. Played with 6 people and can't say I would recommend that way to play. But, I really like the added Landmark cards and ways to score points. It is cool to think about other things. Nice addition.

    Die Erweiterung führt die namensgebenden "Landmarken" ins Spiel ein. Für jede Landschaftsart werden zu Spielbeginn der Spieleranzahl entsprechend Punktekarten ausgelegt. Sobald ein Spieler ein fünftes Plättchen einer Landschaft in seine Auslage legt, darf er eine Landmarke auf dieses Plättchen setzen und sich zudem eine entsprechende Wertungskarte aus der Auslage nehmen. Diese bringt am Ende für bestimmte Anforderungen Punkte. Die Erweiterung greift nicht groß in die Spielmechanik des bereits sehr gut funktionierenden Grundspiels ein. Sie beschränkt allerdings wie Optionsvielfalt, wenn die "Landmarken" Stück für Stück die eigene Auslage blockieren. Ich kann damit die Erweiterung nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich mag die Beschränkung der Spieloptionen, während ich weitere Möglichkeiten erhalte Punkte zu machen. Das flotte Spielgefühl des Grundspiels geht allerdings auch etwas verloren, was einem bewusst sein sollte!

    A solid expansion that pushes on the base game in a nice way. It feels light - there isn't a lot here. That's what keeps me from rating it higher. It's a great expansion, I just wish there was more for the money here.

In Cascadia: Landmarks expansion, players create sprawling habitats and place beautiful natural landmarks within them. Landmarks give each environment its own look and feel, while also providing dynamic endgame scoring bonuses!

In addition to the Landmarks module, this expansion includes more unique wildlife scoring cards and habitat tiles to add variety and enough components to play Cascadia with 5-6 players.
