The law cards change this otherwise merely interesting game into a hilarious game. Scoring is super wonky, but I love the experience regardless.

This game delivers on the promise of hidden roles you don't know about, but the game feels bogged down and even undermined by unnecessary extra mechanics. For example, I didn't like the random VP because it introduced a large and unnecessary luck element to the game. I also didn't like the fact that basically everyone got points every round, and the fact that enforcing laws seemed to give an overwhelming amount of VP compared to other methods of obtaining VP. Ultimately, this resulted in a pretty unfun game where everyone was way too concerned about not breaking laws to play naturally or freely.

Shocked by this game! At first I thought this was pretty stupid but when you actually played it, you will love it! Perfect balanced between deduction and fun (And you house rule the rule cards! if you add more 'red' ones, it becomes more deduction-ish and if you add more 'yellow' ones, it becomes more fun and party-ish game!!) Will definitely recommend this game to all my friends!
