It has been months since you saw the sunset city in a dream—towering minarets and domes, crossed by shadow and red light from the gently setting orb of fire that permanently rests outside the city. Since then, you’ve crossed these borders every night, searching for the city, hoping to set foot inside.

The base game is a great co-op game, awesome theme and beautiful artwork. It has a lot of repleyability due to different configurations, characters, items and enemies, specially with this and other expansions. This game is HARD, wich is honestly a really big plus on my list, and finally beating the game is really satisfying as a team. However, the setup can take a long time if you're not familiar with the game and sometimes it feels like you don't do anything on your turn, particularly if you're stunned (lost in space and time, or whatever).

I like the mechanics this introduces around the sideboard. The multiple ways of getting to the Dreamlands makes getting people to the sideboard to deal with events their feel less like a chore, which is good, and, in general, the dreamlands sideboard mechanics work well.
