You feel it just below the surface. Something gnawing at the edges of society, an ancient being that could so easily erase the steady march of machines and concrete that have come to be recognized as progress in the modern world. Your visions show you a desolate future, where all that remains is dust, ash, and those who have long-slumbered.

The base game is a great co-op game, awesome theme and beautiful artwork. It has a lot of repleyability due to different configurations, characters, items and enemies, specially with this and other expansions. This game is HARD, wich is honestly a really big plus on my list, and finally beating the game is really satisfying as a team. However, the setup can take a long time if you're not familiar with the game and sometimes it feels like you don't do anything on your turn, particularly if you're stunned (lost in space and time, or whatever).

Expansion is always in use. It's very exciting to have the possibility of destroyed cities in the game.

Wow! What a great expansion! This would have to be my 2nd favorite of the small box EH expansions, right behind Forsaken Lore. So much good stuff to like here: - I really liked the new Investigators. One of them lets you set aside Service assets (there are a bunch of new ones in this set) and then later, each investigator can take one, not using an Action. Very handy. - Disaster and Devastation!!! The new Old One makes you draw Disaster cards and certain points. These can lead to cities being destroyed! If you go to a destroyed city, you draw from the new Devastation encounter deck. I was able to push back Doom 3 times with successful test results from these cards. Great content abounds in this expansion. As long as FFG keeps pumping out expansions (small ones only!) for EH, I'm all over them. Highly recommended.
