Betrayal Legacy
Betrayal Legacy marries the concept of Betrayal at House on the Hill with the permanency and multi-game storytelling. Betrayal Legacy consists of a prologue and a thirteen-chapter story that takes place over decades. Players represent families, with specific members of a family participating in one story, then perhaps an older version of those characters or their descendants showing up in later stories.

Intro scenario : Excellent. 1st scenario : Good. 2nd and 3rd scenario : Couldn't make game night. Group sounded like they had fun. 4th and 5th scenario : Haunts weren't too interesting and the 4th scenario started to drag by the end. I'm hoping the story/mystery that is starting to emerge actually goes somewhere and this isn't just 14 very loosely connected haunts. Update after finally finishing the campaign SPOILERS This is just 14 loosely connected Betrayal games with the same issues as the base game. The legacy aspects aren't strong enough or interesting enough to carry the game. While I enjoyed some of the more creative scenarios, as a legacy game this was a big let-down.

We spent most of the games arguing over the rules. There are some broken mechanics much like in the original game. Still an interesting play as a legacy game.

Worth giving a go if you enjoy Betrayal and legacy games in generally. Not the best legacy game I have played - I don't think it made the best use of the mechanics of legacy.
