    + Quick and easy to explain to people of all ages and skill levels; The leg bets lead to some really interesting and tense moments when the final dice gets rolled! - It would be great if an expansion could bring in a different type of bet, or bets with different odds for a given leg.

    September 2021 I love the components and theme. The game plays fast, and therefore the quick maths is tricky. After playing with some friends who really enjoyed it, I have decided to gift it to them. July 2020 Players = have only played with 2 players, which is not ideal Production = it has a pop-up palm tree, say no more Purpose = improves upon the first edition Pull = so quick to play, and table presence will draw others in Perusal = it is always tricky changing from a first edition to a second edition ruleset

    A wonderful group game that folks can usually pick up on very quickly. Best played light-heartedly, it is held back by a few “fiddle” rules.

In Camel Up, up to eight players bet on five racing camels, trying to suss out which ones will place first and second in a quick race around a pyramid. The earlier you place your bet, the more you can win — should you guess correctly, of course. Camels don’t run neatly, however, sometimes landing on top of another one and being carried toward the finish line. Who’s going to run when? That all depends on how the dice come out of the pyramid dice shaker, which releases one die at a time when players pause from their bets long enough to see who’s actually moving!

This 2018 edition of Camel Up features new artwork, a new game board design, a new pyramid design, engraved dice, and new game modes, including crazy rogue camels that start the race running in the opposite direction! You never know how a race will end!
