Each Investigator Starter Deck includes a fully pre-built and ready-to-play 34-card investigator deck, as well as 26 additional cards that can be used to upgrade your deck as you play through a campaign. Perhaps you’re entirely new to Arkham Horror: The Card Game—if your friend has a collection of Arkham Horror: The Card Game, no longer do you need to buy your own Core Set or deluxe expansion to join in a campaign. You can simply pick out your favorite Investigator Starter Deck and start playing immediately.

At least with my current experience level at AH LCG, and my current card pool, Harvey doesn't seem useful for true solo. His pack is also geared towards a specific sub-type of seeker deck, making it a bit less universally useful.

I fell, head first, down The Card Game expansion rabbit whole. I'm not all-in but I can so, so easily imagine how people end up there.

Well constructed deck. Heavily focused on investigating and willpower (with 2 combat exceptions). Hence, it works very well in a multiplayer mode, but its aptitude to put tons of cards in a player's hand gives a vibe of universality, too (as opposed to pure investigation specialisation).
