Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.
Set Collection
Maneuvers that directly attack an opposing player's strength, level, life points or do something else to impede their progress.

When it starts, it's very enjoyable - interesting mechanic. But way overstays the welcome to the table. The jobs aren't engaging enough - or something. Just missing... je ne sais que. Played with both 4, 2, and 3 players. Meh enough to sell after the 3rd play.

very slick smooth gameplay. Theme is not represented elsewhere and the idea of hiring and stealing money and specialists is great. Close games and the strategy of just playing specialists to steal seems pretty good too if you are unlucky with jobs

At the beginning of my first play, I thought the card play mechanism was exciting for a filler. Several turns before the game ended, it felt like the game had shown all it could offer.
