Pattern Building is a system where players place game components in specific patterns in order to gain specific or variable game results. For example: placing chips on 2, 4, 6, 8 on a board gets the player an action card they can use later in the game.
Pattern Building
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.
Set Collection
Tile Placement games feature placing a piece to score VPs, with the amount often based on adjacent pieces or pieces in the same group/cluster, and keying off non-spatial properties like color, "feature completion", cluster size etc.

Picked this up thinking it would be a fun family game and was not disappointed. My kids had a blast playing the game and even the wife (who is not a big game player) had fun building her monster hotel. Good for most ages with a little parental coaching for kids under 8.

Very good tile placement. Makes me want to play several games in a row. It does remind me a little bit of Kingdomino but I Like the variables game end scoring more. Also, it has a little more strategy on it. Still simple enough to pay with anyone in 30 minutes but with enough depth for me to keep wanting to play

tile placement game to fit into a 5 x 5 size bonus tiles awarded for completion of a horizontal row and also different missions for scoring extra points probably get stuck for the last few tiles a bit unclear about the rules made the experience in the first game quite bad
