Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.
Dice Rolling
Player elimination occurs in multiple-player games (>2) when a player can be eliminated from the game and play continues without the eliminated player.
Player Elimination
Maneuvers that directly attack an opposing player's strength, level, life points or do something else to impede their progress.
Take That
Tile Placement games feature placing a piece to score VPs, with the amount often based on adjacent pieces or pieces in the same group/cluster, and keying off non-spatial properties like color, "feature completion", cluster size etc.
Tile Placement

Had a blast the times I've played with friends even though initially I got the rules wrong and it was super brutal and everyone on one team died. As a fan of teamwork and cooperation but understanding the fun of competition, team-based games are something I hope to see more of in board games. Never got around to getting this out with coworkers before the pandemic (covid-19, not the game =P) so looking forward to that in the future.

this expansion fixes the core game, the teams mechanics makes no longer possible to be eliminated from game (if picking out the card) and the bad and good karma cards makes total sense.

The idea was good, but issues with color consistency, openly ignored by the publisher, can make this unusable. Steer away, unless you really feel lucky and want to risk your money.
