Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.
Dice Rolling
Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.
Set Collection
In games with a trading mechanic, the players can exchange game items between each other.

Kicksarter, Early Bird (36 EUR) + Transport (25 EUR, announced was 17 USD), Total 61 EUR. Received February 2024. Dissapointed with the Kickstarter campaign. It clearly states in the FAQs that the game would not be available in stores. Because a licence was sold to a Spanish editor, the game is now widely available in Spanish retail stores for 45 EUR! They clearly overcharged for transport because the game was sent through the national editor. I hope they will take more care with future projects to avoid backers feeling penalized.

One of the best kickstarters (if not the best) I have ever backed! So glad I did. Moongrel outdid himself, the quality, style, mood, and game on its own- 10/10! (I put some photos so you can see how it looks in real life)

I rarely review games I own or play, but THIS game may be THE worst game I've played. It stacks "complete luck" based rules (such as drawing and rolling dice) directly to how quickly your group loses. The dice are special to the game in that 2/6 sides are success, making the already luck-based actions every character must take more difficult. With looting, EVERY time a character needs to draw a card, the enemies move/attack. However, because the game requires you to mill through the main deck to find specific cards to piece together to win, this QUICKLY becomes the driving force behind how fast you finish this game. It may be the one game I've ever encountered that PUNISHES how many players you are playing with. TL;DR luck-based game for people with 0 friends. Would rate 0 if possible.
