Ok game. App deals are an interesting and fun gimmick, but nothing more. Different roles are ok, hiding them adds a somewhat superflous layer, since the consequences of witch hunt or blame game are marginal. In the end, it is just another "collect resources to build VP"-game. Additionally, it very much depends on all players being equalliy skilled, since to good of a deal can easily result in kingmaking, while bad offers (in the beginning of the game) tend to cripple players (esp. mortals).

The app for the trades/exchanges is really good and only in the background. The game itself feels very tight and when you are a simple human it seems quite difficult to beat the cultist and the devil. In the end I was like "OK", nothing really stands out apart from the exchange trick, I think to get to the full potential of the game, you would need to play several games with the same group of people to find the right balance in the exchange proposals.

I had a very hard time explaining this game to my group and I have taught some heavy stuff like Lisboa. First game is definitely a learning one. Second game, everyone had a great time trading and starting to figure out the economy. I enjoy the twist it brings as it combines hidden roles and euro mechanisms. Very fresh design and a a different experience from the usual fare.
