Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.

As the title suggests, this expansion box contains the Harbor and Millionaire's Row expansions. Harbor gives players a way to gain at least a bit of income on useless rolls and increases the number of landmarks to build to 6. It also adds more building variety and strategies, which is greatly appreciated. Having to build two more landmarks makes the game slightly longer (but not significantly in our experience). They feel balanced out since one is very cheap and the other is expensive. Millionaire's Row just adds more building variety. On the one hand, this variety is welcomed as it makes more new strategies and new ways to play. However, some of the new buildings are trickier to use and we found that the groups we've played with tended to stay away from some of the buildings in this expansion. The closing for renovation mechanic is interesting.

Both of them are easy to add to the base game, but I'd say about half of the cards are either too confusing or too "mean". If there's one thing that this family weight game needs less of, it's "take that" mechanics.

Quite a lot of new cards and there are 2 new landmarks (including one that cost 30). I thought the game was longer due to less duplicates appearing (making your strategy less efficient as it involves more cards) and the 30 cost landmark takes some time to reach because there are more powerful "take that" cards where others can steal your money. I liked it similarly to the base game, but may prefer just the base game slightly due to its simplicity and flow. Wife had similar thought. Updated thoughts: Due to the new 30 cost landmark and the many take that cards, the expansion is much more luck than skills. I may prefer the original due to this fact. Just way too many variety of cards on the field. Might be best to only choose like 15 different ones each game like Dominion
