Thematic game play, that really makes the game. As for a worker placement, there are many games better mechanically, but maybe not as good thematically. Certainly worth a play.

Very unique thematic worker game about creating a Frankenstein by collecting body parts, fresh blood, and energy to shock it to life. + Very thematic mechanics: body parts decomposition, creating a body out of different parts, shock body to life, murder people to get fresh parts and blood + Some narrative story elements / events + Two types of workers: scientist and assistants # Gross theme and artwork # Tight economy - Slow game pace: very long playing time for what the game offers. - Purple and brown cubes are hard to distinguish Related games: * My Father's Work: narrative worker placement.

Such an underrated worker placement gem with a highly differentiated (and fun, I must admit) theme - though not for the faint-hearted. You really feel like a mad scientist trying to bring a monstrosity alive - and the game offers you an incredible amount of choices, depth and storytelling to achieve your nefarious objective. A tad fiddly, but I hope more people will fall in love with this one.
