Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.
Dice Rolling
Games that use the Memory mechanic require players to recall previous game events or information in order to reach an objective.

Player elimination occurs in multiple-player games (>2) when a player can be eliminated from the game and play continues without the eliminated player.
Player Elimination
Variable Player Powers is a mechanic that grants different abilities and/or paths to victory to the players.
Variable Player Powers
Voting allows players to influence the outcome of certain events within the game. The vote may be all or nothing, choosing a target for an effect, or to determine the results of certain situations. Players’ votes may not have equal weight, and blocking a player from voting can be a valid tactic.

There are a lot of space-based social deduction games, but this one was a lot of fun. Would try again.

2 games in, first game ended in 2 rounds each cause of dice rolls, second game was far better but i'm not convinced by player elimination. Rate 6 for now. Avalon is still the best

I like the social deduction in this game. The wiggle space as a red team is manageable, but can feel tight, which is what I like. The player powers offer some tactical decisions that are unique in the social deduction genre. I don't dislike dice in general, but when the dice go bad in this game, you can feel handcuffed, but the game is short, so that's not a huge complaint. Unless the dice go bad the other way, and the game can be prolonged. When this contributes to a team's victory, it can feel cheap on the losing end. But overall a fun quick game where you get to bluff and airlock your friends, or contribute a heroic death to seal a victory for your team. 8/8/2018 Amazon's GenCon Sale
