Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management
The primary goal of a set collection mechanic is to encourage a player to collect a set of items.

Another of the "lite" games in the series. A much faster game that is a good learning experience for players not familiar with the series and a great way to get them interested in the full experience

Oooh, a simple little diversion. No way! Absolutely cutthroat jockeying for the central choke points, and a fair degree of randomness with the initial card draws - you could get lucky and have a couple that fit, or not. The core "problem" is that there are so few turns, every decision is crucial - leave a route open too long, and it isn't going to be there. Take too many tickets, and you are unlikely to be able to complete them. Brutal!

Not bad, very quick gameplay. Success in not driven by luck per say, but rather the decisions of others.
