Arkham Horror: the Card Game is an awesome crossover between RPG and card game, thriving in atmosphere and character development. No need to point out that expanding the card pool (both with new scenarios and new investigator cards) is a great way to keep it fresh and enticing! Guardians of the Abyss is the fourth stand alone Scenario Pack, and contains a two-parts scenario set in Egypt.

The story here is good, the arc of each scenario makes them feel like distinct acts, and the idea of a two scenario mini campaign seems awesome to me. Unfortunately, these are HARD and very punishing towards agility - and also to failure (Reminiscent of Forgotten Age perhaps?) which would make me reluctant to run them mid-campaign as opposed to stand alone.
