In Action Point (AP) Allowance System games, each player is allotted a certain amount of points per round. These points can be spent on available actions, until the player does not have enough remaining to "purchase" any more actions.
Action Point Allowance System
Co-operative play encourages or requires players to work together to beat the game.
Cooperative Play
Games where you repeat an action (or part of an action) until you decide to stop due to increased (or not) risk of losing points or your turn.
Press your Luck
In storytelling games, players are provided with conceptual, written, or pictorial stimuli which must be incorporated into a story of the players' creation.
Storytelling
This mechanism requires players to select individual actions from a set of actions available to all players. Players generally select actions one-at-a-time and in turn order. There is usually(*) a limit on the number of times a single action may be taken. Actions are commonly selected by the placement of game pieces or tokens on the selected actions. Each player usually has a limited number of pieces with which to participate in the process.

I have the Kickstarter edition and ,the retail expansions always come with the item I already had,but I only wants those I don’t have, why just separate them into small boxes for us to choose? Seems like the early sponsors are made to waste a lots money on those duplicate products we don’t fucking need.

Offers quite an array of various shorter scenarios for the base game. In addition, there is some optional content for the base campaign game (sewers, farmers). The individual scenarios are each very interesting and challenging, and you're encouraged to play them until you succeed so you can open the envelope of "loot". I haven't taken advantage of the Farmers "wares" much yet, as I tended to do well enough from the normal scavenging, but I do like that it's an option. Every turn after at the conclusion of scavenging, the scavenging character(s) can go to the market before heading home. To enter the market, you have to give up any one token from the findings as payment. The farmers typically offer up some small combination of green and yellow tokens for trade. They sometimes have some sort of security in case of theft or straight up looting, which are also options if you want to go that route. But, these will get you in a fight and also piss of the market-goers, making later trips there non-amicable. There are also some random events that can occur, such as finding a stranger to join you in your shelter or even a Reality Impact. However, one thing I don't like about this module is that you have to play on the basic board, and instead of starting with any water, you use two additional fittings in the shelter: the goat and the rooftop garden. The sewers, on the other hand, are a great and powerful path for those characters who otherwise cannot conduct any actions because they're in such rough shape. But there is still a lot of risk involved in delving there. You can send characters here in lieu of the Day Actions, and they will return during the dusk phase (to eat and drink). If they go to the sewers, they progress through various encounters of corridors and rooms until they reach the surface at one of the 3 locations (near, distant, far). Tokens and resources can be found, and scripts can be discovered (there's a new smaller script book to go along with this expansion). They then get to scavenge at this location, but with half the amount of time as a normal scavenge (draw half of the exploration cards as you normally would). Characters even have the option of returning to the shelter before finding the sewer exit, but they can't bring anything back that they found along the way in this case, and of course, they cannot do the additional scavenging. All in all, I like the gameplay content included in this expansion box.
