Heroes: Laurel of Bloodwood, Shiver, Trenloe the Strong, Elder Mok Monsters: Razorwings, Beastmen, Bane spiders. 2 quests. The variety of the chosen heroes makes, narrative wise, a cool self contained team. The monster selection, on the other hand, lacks a strong one, which puts it in a disadvantage compared to the other H&M Packs. Good sculpts in general.

Just ranking the expansion based on the monsters. I don't feel like I would play with any of these monsters ever. Heroes are good though.

I just love every hero and monster included in this pack. I got it for a really good price, but in general, I would advise players to pick up the boxed expansions before getting any of the Hero and Monster Packs. They're just not great value for money compared to what you get in the boxed expansions.
