Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.
Hand Management

I like this scenario very much. A little bit similar to "The Steward's Fear" you can get different combinations of villains in each of the three stages.

Is it ever gonna end?... [rollseyes] First, challenging 'Fords of Isen', then very difficult 'To Catch an Orc', then super-difficult 'Dunland Trap' and when you think nothing worse can arrive and - no matter what - it should be easier now, 'Three Trials' happen... Frustratingly difficult scenario... The creators overshoot this time. Badly. I don't mind very (very) hard scenario every now and then, but here we are dealing with 4 consecutive scenarios (not counting Into Fangorn, being on the easier side) of progressive diffculty. Starting from the hard level... That's frustrating and unreasonable... And sadistic. N O T F U N. -- The creators don't care about True Solo players. AT ALL :-///
