I enjoy this game. Not too long, and has a nice blend of resource management, navigate the Rondell, and majority control.

I was originally unimpressed with the gameplay; although really impressed with the design and appearance. My 8 year old daughter wanted to play it and really enjoyed it. There is enough randomness in the gameplay that she won. A lot of effort went into the history mentioned on the cards that makes reading them a fun diversion from playing. Now we play this game often, not going to give this one away.

This is an utterly forgettable game that I know I played, but could barely recall even days after playing it. The mechanisms aren't original or interesting. The theme is somewhat different, but you certainly don't feel the theme at all when playing. It's just a weird mix of set collection and area control that didn't do much for me. I don't have much recollection of playing the game, and I almost thought about playing it again so I could make a more informed comment here, but when I got a trade offer for it, I figured it was better to let it go because there just isn't enough here to make it worth revisiting.
