It's fine. A bit unwieldy to set up and play. I feel like I can get the same experience playing Quacks in less time with less setup and overhead.

Very interesting -and unique- mix of Eurogame, Ameritrash and very much Quacks of Quedlinburg. First rating is 8 - but I definitely want to play the game again.

I need to come back to these comments when I have had an opportunity to play and experience the various asymmetric factions. At this point I am merely commenting on the presentation and production quality, which are both of the highest order. The Deluxe game box is deep but has a relatively standard footprint otherwise and yet manages to neatly store all the base game and KS extras in a single, hefty box. The artwork is worth the cost alone. It's stunning. I think, unless the game play is fundamentally flawed, this game could grow to be regarded as something of a sought-after classic with its wonderful integration of theme and game play. My one early observation would be that this game, while suitable for casual gamers, does require someone very familiar with the quite involved initial set-up (it can be quite Lacerda-esque to correctly set up the main board, player boards, side decks and draw bags correctly) as well as the ability to explain the faction powers to new players. They are not complex, but they are quite unique and affect the way a player will approach the game.
