   Auto-include. There's literally no reason not to use this. It doubles the amount of leaders and wonders in the game, provides more variability, adds more military cards, and patches or tweaks about 20 cards from the base game with updated versions. And it costs about $20. Even if you only play this game somewhat infrequently, it is probably still worth it.

   As any quick glance at the contents of this expansion will reveal, there is nothing here that adds complex new mechanics or fundamentally changes the core mechanics of TTA. However, if you love the base game - I clearly do - this is one of the finest examples of a thoughtful expansion to spruce up an old box. The option to have a variable mix of leaders and wonders adds a subtle but fascinating new layer to the kind of flexible planning that a good TTA player needs to deploy. Love it. Want more of it. The app is also excellent, and adds several new tailor made challenges for the expansion.

   this expansion improves the base game not just buy adding variety but with rebalancing older cards. There are so many new strategies to explore now and the game feels fresh and exciting every time.
