These editions from Space Cowboys and Asmodee of the Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective games are true works of art in nearly every element of their design! From all of the great writing in the cases, to the richly styled components and booklets, these games really immerse you in the era. And besides being great games, they are beautiful pieces to have sit on your shelf!

Pretty interesting game, the old English can be an absolute nuisance since the game lasts for a while and there's plenty of reading. The scenario book is also not done really perfectly as you can see spoilers or where you should go pretty easily even though you don't want to. Would prefer that part of the game done as an app.

Would want to play to see if it's really as bad as everyone says in comparison with the original games which I own. As I am missing only two cases overall from my collection - The Devil's Ransom and the Murderer Lives at 221 - I'd want to test it out, since spending money on a bad copy for two cases seems like a bad idea given my limited budget.
