Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

Variable Player Powers is a mechanic that grants different abilities and/or paths to victory to the players.

More content for this excellent game. This game is so good in a draft, but constructed is overwhelming with so many options.

I did it. I impulsively bought PT deluxe the moment I saw it on the shelf at one of my local shops. May have paid a little too much for it but I'm incredibly happy now. Let's play!!!

It's okay for what it does. A little too large in size for what was an experimental experience with the pixel art crowd. Next time I'll know to just grab a pair of decks and leave the shelf-hoggers for the right ones.
