Set up is kinda long for the time and depth of the game. It is a well put together game as Kramer and Kiesling are experts.

After the first 10 minutes I was left wondering if there was actually anything here. 15 minutes later, it all became clear. The early game is a little slow, and maybe even boring, but it sets the stage for the rest of the game which is a tense area majority race. As with any good euro design, each action has multiple effects tied to it which keep the seemingly light decisions interesting. On the surface its a pretty vanilla euro game, but it has a few clever twists that really change your approach and makes your approach dependent on what you think others will do and in which order (reminiscent of Aquasphere in this way).

Didn't hate it but didn't impress me. Turns felt telegraphed because you had to first place a key then move the key, so everyone kinda already knew what everyone else's plans were. The bonus track was cumbersome and felt tacked on.
