Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
This mechanism requires players to select individual actions from a set of actions available to all players. Players generally select actions one-at-a-time and in turn order. There is usually(*) a limit on the number of times a single action may be taken. Actions are commonly selected by the placement of game pieces or tokens on the selected actions. Each player usually has a limited number of pieces with which to participate in the process.

Amazing worker placement game.. Way better than Architects.. This one is very thinky which I love in a game.. Gonna enjoy playing this one more in the future.

You get a lot of game crammed into a small box! Great artwork and production and the individual player boards are a joy to use. I just found myself a little overwhelmed by having too much going on - rows and rows of cards in different places each with multiple possible uses. I felt it would play a little quicker and smoother if either there were fewer cards or the cards weren't multi-use. As it is, turns could sometimes drag as players grappled with AP when presented with so many options. Happy to play again, perhaps familiarity would reduce the AP.

First play impressions, so take with a huge grain of salt. Of the trilogy, I've enjoyed this one the least so far. I felt like it created less of a story than the other two, not allowing me to really get into the gameplay. While other players can block you or take things you want, I also didn't like how low-interaction this game was. It's not a bad game by any means, but it felt bland. The experience was partially colored by a player immediately getting several strong flip-debt abilities and proceeding to gain massive benefits from them all game, therefore running away with it. I tried to do the best I could, but it was clear very early on that we were playing for second place. I would still give it another shot as I do think my opinion on it may shift as I get more familiar with the game, but I do wish I'd tried it before buying it.
