Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

Cool 2 player game. Not one of my favorites, but I liked the combat method and the way that front/middle/back worked.

A very engaging two player experience that is somewhat difficult to teach. Once both players are familiar with how it works and what is possible it's very engaging, but it takes a few plays to get there.

It's pixel tactics, but with Megaman characters. What more could be said? If you enjoy Pixel Tactics you'll enjoy it just the same. All the abilities are new. The minor downside is the punch sheet of tokens, those are incredibly tiny.
