Errata: There was an error in the 2nd printing of March of the Ants and the centipede icon was unintentionally left off of Summerstorm. Summerstorm's effect is of no use to the solo player except as a 5 Ferocity card. As such it is intended to be part of the Centipede deck. This helps increase the danger of each Centipede battle until you have seen the card. The only intentional changes made for the 2nd printing are: Armored Head loses Centipede Icon Blasting Head gains Centipede Icon Proboscis Head gains Head Evolution Icon 3/20 - Kind of meh after a three-handed solo learning game. Nothing wrong with the game, but I didn’t find the spark I was hoping for. With any luck, an opposed game or the actual solo game will be better. 8/22 - Much better opposed (Riley), even though I lost. ;) 8/22 - played again, and with primitive species (is that the variant name?) and all content from Empires of the Earth. This time Riley crushed me like nobody’s been crushed before. 31 to 9 or something stupid. I ended the game with ZERO ants. Lost all three categories. Just an awful showing. Pretty good game. Next time we’ll get silly and add entirety of Minions expansion.

IMO, a hidden GEM for the 4X genre! Our TOP 3 games! Do try it 1st before believing in the negative comments or reviews. TOM got this one wrong for sure. :)
