Have played 8 sessions so far. I am enjoying the story very much so far. The gameplay can be a bit stale with 3-4 players as there are only two real roles in the game. (Active Player, and Narrator) If you are not one of those roles on a given turn you won't have much to do. Overall, it plays very well as a solo and 2 player version.

Lands of Galzyr is not a board game. Is an evolving world with a delightful story and a lot of events to explore. Whenever I'm tired of hassles or real life I can recur to this beautiful world and live my own little adventure. It is easy to setup and doesn't take long to complete a game, which helps to this feeling. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 people tough, specially if they are not fully compromised with the game. I had to play 2 years in game (more than 20 hours in real life) to start seeing repeated random events, so have in mind that eventually you can run out of content, but it will take a long time.

This game almost made me cry (in a good way). 10/10 ;) Not only it contains hundreds of really nice, charming little stories, but it creates a space for another hundreds of truly memorable moments and overarching stories of your adventurers to emerge from semi-random interactions that happen in this world. It's not a game that will make you strategize for the best outcome. But if you want to have fun time exploring and adventuring in a colourful world, consider visiting Lands of Galzyr.
