Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.

Corran Horn
Expensive monsters that are just average in combat ... but once you get your spellbooks going you can promote your unites into better ones after any combat. Getting out your GOO is expensive as well, but then again he's also a gate, so he gives you 1 Doom and 1 Elder Sign in the Doom Phase. Not the most conflict-oriented faction, but a nasty contender if you know how to use your units and spellbooks.

So a thing I do is usually just put down an expansion or promo item as previously owned because I don't like the way it clutters my collection. I usually rate expansions the same as base game.

As a CW owner and lover, each faction is a must have. Opener is not an exeption. Love to play with and against It.
