Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
This mechanic usually requires players to pick up an item or good at one location on the playing board and bring it to another location on the playing board. Initial placement of the item can be either predetermined or random. The delivery of the good usually gives the player money to do more actions with. In most cases, there is a game rule or another mechanic that determines where the item needs to go.
Pick-up and Deliver
Player elimination occurs in multiple-player games (>2) when a player can be eliminated from the game and play continues without the eliminated player.

I think the expansion is alright, the components are good quality and the new cards for the adventure deck are nice. The new reaction cards help you not to doze off during the other players' turns. Unfortunately the new special characters and their decks just aren't in good balance. As you buy new cards to the decks with the characters you get to do their "special" thing less and less. And then there is Monkeybot who has passive abilities for every turn that with only a little luck or smart playing allow for massive scoring. Recently we had a game where a player escaped the dungeon with 65vp and Monkeybot a few turns later with 150vp.

These asymmetric heroes make the Clank! experience a level above where it was. I would not play Clank! without them now.

I like the asymmetric start, although the importance wanes over the course of the game. The monkeybot feels very strong in comparison to the others
