Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

KS delivered 9.3.22. Didn’t hit for us. It’s okay but lots of other card games in our collection
levimote
I backed this game on KS And really enjoyed it! We played it 20 times or so over the course of three or four months because it was fairly fast and has good depth. Ultimately, it didn't make the 100 games cut we've set for our collection, but I don't regret buying it and would gladly play it anytime.

Solo Play Rating: 6.5 Kickstarter Edition. I backed this because I'm a fan of Grand Gamer's Guild and I was excited about the unique theme. It was also backed mainly for solo play. I appreciate the AI is quite easy to run, but the card relationships and scoring for a game of this weight are too complicated. I own many similar games I'd prefer to play over this. Weirdly, in the Kickstarter Edition the cards are too thick. They are incredibly difficult to handle. I'm sure with repeated plays they will wear down a bit, but I was quite surprised by this.
