A lot has been made of this game as the new Shotten Totten/Battle Line. It does have a lot of similarities and the withdrawal mechanic is pretty neat. I still prefer Battle Line myself but would be happy to play either one.

It's easy to learn, very quick to play, and a lot of fun. With only 18 cards, it won't take long before you know the whole deck, which makes the game even better as you can consider what counters your opponent is likely to have available for whatever strategy you're planning. The ability to minimize your losses by conceding a battle early is a brilliant way to balance the possibility of a bad hand of cards. Great game!

The best way to describe how good this game is is to tell you that my wife hates anything having to do with military and war gaming. She only agreed to try it because I really wanted to play. After playing one game, she said it was very good and she looked forward to playing it again.
