Iguanoman
For something made up for a fantasy world, this game not only turns out to be fun to play but is also different from most of the usual card games out there. The theme is nice, the various special powers of each card keeps things interesting, and it plays solidly enough. Sure it's a bit random, but as a gambling-style game that's fine. Also includes rules for integrating it with the Dungeons & Dragons RPG, but I haven't tried that out yet.

Not the kind of card game I prefer, but it's a decent game of its type, at least with a small player count. I suspect I would not like it at all with five or six.

Neat little gambling game. It will probably serve best as an in-game D&D prop than anything else, but even someone who doesn't know anything about D&D can learn and enjoy it. It is, unfortunately, really way too easy to clean someone out with fewer players. If the other person drops a 10+ strength dragon during a two-player game, well there goes half your fortune and you're probably already losing as a result. My biggest problem is the rule book is not as clear or thorough as it should be. I think the person/[people who wrote it forgot the #1 rule on writing informative texts: always assume your audience knows absolutely nothing of the subject matter. Examples: 1) The game play example starts with the players in the middle of an already ongoing game. No, you should always start at the beginning and finish at the end. 2) The rule book does not explicitly state the ante cards are not a part of your flight. This has led me to extensive confusion and frustration in understanding how the game is played and how the cards interact with each other.
