Voting allows players to influence the outcome of certain events within the game. The vote may be all or nothing, choosing a target for an effect, or to determine the results of certain situations. Players’ votes may not have equal weight, and blocking a player from voting can be a valid tactic.

《画物语》×《传情画意》,考验脑洞默契度。游戏体验感觉过于考验脑洞了,体验到乐趣的门槛有点高,没有《画物语》和《传情画意》那种直给的快乐。

A perfect game. If your group has lots of creativity this gives you endless options. If you play this really often you get lots of inside yokes or can build of on previous yokes. As a family we had a round in which our mother had to draw Frodo from Lord of the rings and her drawing looked like a sailor because her frodo had a sailor hat. When me and ma two brothers finally stopped loughing after probably 5 minits. We asked her WTF and she was like in the book he has a hat. Next time me and my brother had to draw Frodo my brother and me both drew the same sailor and I made a cyrcle around his hat and my brother crossed his hat. This time we loughed even harder. You need the right people for this game. People should not be to sensitive and should not take the game to serious. Like I personally often draw monsters. This works fine if my word is "swimming" I draw a swimming monster. If my word is "cape" I draw a monster with a cape. I knew a guy who used the same paper in 10 rounds. Every round he was making his old drawing richer. His first word was cat and he only drew the whiskers with just a few lines. Later on I think he also crossed things on his sheet that did not fit later words. If you have a few people in your group that use gimmiks like that, its a lot of fun. And with your own inside yokes it gets even better. Its a game for any group that likes having fun more than winning.

The active player and one other player draw a clue relating to the same word; other players draw clues relating to something else. Everyone tries to identify which pic matches the active player's. Obviously the aim is to use clues which hint at the connection without being too blatant (I mean, the game is called "Subtext"). But this is difficult one one player's word is "Darth Vader" and one is "Eiffel Tower" and one is "Boat"; it's comparatively unlikely that there's going to be much overlap and the game only works if confusion is possible. I really wanted to like this game, and it's perfectly fine. The problem is that it seems worse than pretty much all of the competition, of which Pictomania is probably the closest. If you don't like drawing or that game's real-time element, the picture-based clue-giving/receiving seems better done in Belratti, or slightly wider afield in games like First Contact and Codenames. Or Telestrations/Eat Poop You Cat for just the drawing and fun part... Would play it but never, ever choose it.
