Everything about this game should appeal to me. I love games that feature a prisoner's dilemma type choice. Negotiation is always a positive. So I'm not sure why this game fell so flat. It's true that the space is already kind of crowded with quality options. I'd like to try this again just to verify my feelings.

Pretty good! The incentives for being mean are pretty perfectly calibrated, so you don't need to force people to be cutthroat. The different end conditions are good and add further tension. A huge downside is the deck of event cards. They range from "everyone on this heist gets royally screwed" to "payday for everyone." Given that events are commonplace, there's just a lot of noise going on.

We made it through a whole game, on our first attempt, during lunch time games at work. The reneging thing is hilarious, especially when you see it from people you wouldn't expect it from.
