Card drafting games are games in which players pick cards from a limited subset, such as a common pool, to gain some advantage (immediate or longterm) or to assemble hands of cards that are used to meet objectives within the game.
Card Drafting
Dice rolling in a game can be used for many things, randomness being the most obvious. Dice can also be used as counters. The dice themselves can be unique and different sizes, shapes and colors to represent different things.

Sir Pent
Co-op game of defeating the Empire and recruiting allies by rolling lots of dice and hoping that Darth Vader doesn't kill everyone and the Death Star doesn't get completed. Too much random chance involved in solving this puzzle.

From Amazon.UK Can run long if Villain cards aren’t drawn regularly; but I love the dive into everything Star Wars…there’s a lot to keep track of (extra dice, extra tokens, character special powers), but it’s usually worth it.

Seems like the more players the harder it is to win since the Death Star gets a chance to get more activated/powerful every turn no matter what the player count is, but the more players you have the longer it takes any one player to become more powerful. 2 players seem ideal.
