Really just more of all card types that help keep the game fresh for those that need it. It's certainly a plus that it can all fit in the base box without the need for a new insert, or discarding the original.

To be fair, only one game in with the expansion, but why not always play this expansion in? a few more games...yes, shuffle and play, always.
