Good dexterity game. Allows for plenty of moments where the construction falls over to laughter. The following player having to clean up the mess is a nice touch. It's more focused and competitive than Junk Art (it has victory conditions that actually work), but is less irreverent than Junk Art and Junk Art has the benefit of the various scenarios. So, do you want more of a varied, hilarious activity? Go Junk Art. If you want a bit more competition in your dexterity game while maintaining some level of silliness, go Men At Work. One thing, Men At Work might be pushing its playtime too far.

In the Battlefield - I want to play and compare between this and Junk Art and Seal Team Flix - probably only one will remain as my dexterity game (that isnt Crocinole)

Initial Impression: Pretzel games has done it again. The components, mostly wooden, are high quality. I love the hard hats for the construction workers! The cardboard is fairly thick and everything just screams quality. The gameplay is fun, almost party style. Flip a card and follow the instructions which may tell you to place a worker (with or without building materials) or place a beam. All items are to be placed with only one hand. Sounds easy enough. However, the real competition begins when the site's Foreman arrives. Now players compete to gain Employee of the Month Certificates by pushing themselves to place items in the highest positions at the sites. There's alot of thematic integration in this game and it's definitely fun to play. I originally was worried that this would compete with the Junk Art's space on my shelf but realized that this is a simpler game that flows well. Junk Art may have more variability but that comes at a cost of having to review the rules between rounds. Men at Work has a place in my collection for being a light, thematic dexterity game.
