Compared to the original Crossover Crisis, I think this game has a lot more interesting cards, including the Main Deck cards, Nemeses, and even the Events. However, I have some big problems with the mechanics of Fist Bump (makes the game end way too fast) and Wonder (Wonder cards can then play more Wonder cards, and if you play a good card off of the Main Deck, you can then also buy it that turn). Some egregiously misbalanced cards have also slipped through the cracks, like Pizza Steve and Danger Sense. I would love to see some of more unique cards be reworked into DC Deck-Building Game cards, because Crossover Crisis just doesn't have enough to work with.

Another Cerberus Engine Deck-builder - meaning a standard river-style market row, everybody getting unique powers, but mostly throwing whatever you get at the buy row to try to win. Slightly interesting in how it handles weaknesses (the deck filler) by making your starting 'junk' cards be 'remove weakness' cards, but nothing particularly groundbreaking here. If you enjoy using the Cerberus Engine, you'll probably like it, but this doesn't stand out as anything special. a

This has become a big hit with my daughter. We combine this set with the original, and pull out the shows she doesn’t like. This set has better events and less “goofy action” cards than the original.
