Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

Played with 2-players, can support up to 5. Would recommend more players to make locking in venues more wild.

Mechanically, this is fairly neat, but it's near impossible to have an overview over what's going on. The color choices don't help.

I was looking forward to playing this .... then, I watched a video rules explanation. The game is an area control game in which you are battling to control certain streets to score points. The game mechanics allow for a fair bit of bluffing, so your opponents aren't really sure which street you are trying to control or how much energy you are going to commit to it. The game is also a bit of a deck builder, in which you add more songs to your repertoire. The more songs you have, the longer you can play. Lots of depth with a simple rules set.
