Hand management games are games with cards in them that reward players for playing the cards in certain sequences or groups. The optimal sequence/grouping may vary, depending on board position, cards held and cards played by opponents. Managing your hand means gaining the most value out of available cards under given circumstances. Cards often have multiple uses in the game, further obfuscating an "optimal" sequence.

Played with 2-players, can support up to 5. Would recommend more players to make locking in venues more wild.

Love this concept. Cool music theme of putting together a trio on a Thursday Friday and Saturday to make as much money as possible. You learn songs, pay musicians to play better (versus good enough), and compete with other bands. Sweet.

The theme is original but I think unevenly applied, or maybe just has nuances I can't understand not knowing New Orleans. Why am I (the band's manager, I guess?) tipping them between performances to motivate them-- doesn't the whole band share the money? How does a crowd reward their favorite band at the end of the show, when that band has already wandered off to somewhere else? Anyway. I'm not a fan of area majority games, so I wouldn't have tried this if not for the theme, and then the theme didn't help me connect to it. So, nice try but a miss.
