D&D in the simple and fun form it was intended, requiring quick play. Have already after one week introduced a person to RPGs who had always wanted to have a go but had been too intimidated by the attitude of other RPG players and games. Thankfully-free of arseholery of the "I know rules 122.7-138.11 from Book 23 and you don't" and "I got to level 23.7 of Book 137, how good are you anyway?" crap. Turn up, go in the room, fight the monster, get the loot.

Bought from Spirit Games at UKGE 2019. Having sampled the LU Weeping Caves set, I tried the first scenario of this. This first attempt didn’t give me much of a flavour as I’d won in just four turns. I’m not discouraged by this brief encounter as I know there’s plenty to come; this was the initial standalone scenario and there’ll be plenty of meat on the bone of a full campaign. Sept 2021: Started the Great Sewers campaign, to run concurrently with the Weeping Caves one so that the two can meet in Dun Mordhain.
